Mona Lisa true

i did not find Vinci inspiring at all

hanging for posterity on the wall

oh that famous Mona lisa smile

i find its boring once in a while

eternal beauty they claim it to be

normal is what she seems to me

mystic charm they see in her eyes

i find it nothing but a bundle of lies

and then it happens, thinking of you

i,search no further for Mona Lisa true

...you are indeed beautiful

let the winds kiss you curls,

and spread the balmy breeze

let the sun shine in your eyes ,

and let iridescence increase

smile and let spring unfold

in grace let those stories be told

laugh and let the warmth get bold

thaw within what is left cold

get up and walk ,a step or two

from him , come back to you...

see your self in the mirror a heart full

...you are indeed beautiful

The Quest

am i- myself
or is myself - i
the answer eludes me
when i search within
i find that i am the inception of infinity
infinity that surrounds me
the eternity exists
in a perceptual continuum of belief
the gods and goddess
the nymphs and the demons
the prophets and the messiahs
they all are illusions
woven by dexterous subterfuge
to blind humans with faith
to strangulate logic
that solicits a rationale of existence
that asks questions and seeks answers
to the question
who am- i
and who- i am
am i nothing
but a mere expression of providence
i denounce the divine nemesis
that has been juxtaposed on my existence
i exist because i am
i am because i want to
i want to because it sustains me
sustains me to seek the truth of my being
am i- myself
or is myself - i

She is beautiful

She is eloquent as a prose
and as beauteous as a rose
her eyes -lit so bright
radiate eternal light
flawless is her face
reflects eternal grace
and her captivating smile
be spells you- within a while
She is perfectness up and close
as elegant as a prose
 as beauteous as a rose

your smile

your smile
lingers along

when i open my eyes
i see the radiance of bliss
and when i close my eyes
i feel tranquility within

your smile
lingers along

i have never felt so close to god before

tell me

i saw the rolling clouds
i touched the falling rain
i spotted a spirited rainbow
i gleaned a defiant sun
i felt the wind ruffle my hair
i know you were there
somewhere
around me
how far then tell me
would god be...

an eulogy for nainital

i know
you are dying
slowly
but surely
suffering from the cancer
of materialistic greed
disfigured and mutilated
by the malignant growth
of lust

you were
in your prime
much loved and wanted
by suitor
still mesmerized by you
unparreled charm
charm
which is now being used as a bait
to attract
prospective buyers
who have turned you into a cheap whore

the doctors
treating you
are making good their pound of flesh
your kimsmen are busy
in making the most out of your residual glowry
you are up for sale
you are out for grab
oblivious of the fact that
somewhere a banshee sings a faint dirge

i see you in pain
but i know
it wont last for long
i see death
close
and getting closer
slowly and steadily
and will soon engulf you
from within and without

the emerald of the lake
will turn scarlet
the mountains will tumble down
the earth will shake
the sky will fall
and a shroud of virgin snow
will cover you for 100 years

life will
again then
sprout anew
